Stay Healthy

 

Remember to:

  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds before eating or after using restroom, coughing or sneezing, playing with your pets or when dirty
  • Eat a healthy diet-more fruits and vegetables and less sweets
  • Drink more water and less sugary drinks
  • Limit screen time
  • Exercise daily
  • Brush your teeth at least 2 times per day
  • Go to bed-You need at least 10-12 hours of sleep per night
